Competency training EDUNGO for professionals working in the creative industries: visual artists, culture animators, designers, architects, film industry workers, computer and video game creators, publishers, art gallery owners, in terms of acquiring knowledge and communication skills. The creative industry's "hermeticity" and poor communication with the environment is a problem. This affects the insufficient commercialization of products in this industry. The aim of the training was to enable this group of professionals to acquire communication and information transmission skills to recipients that will allow for better "sales" of their products and wider reach to interested groups.
October
Workshops and trainings conducted during the Science and Technology Conference in Portugal in the field of the condition of society in times of pandemics, in which digital progress, the internet, information, and new forms of artistic expression play a significant role. These are currently the most important topics related to strongly developed societies, threats, and development opportunities, in which the non-governmental sector plays a significant role. Participation in the Conference not only provided access to the latest knowledge and experiences, but also enabled the shaping of local policy based on the knowledge obtained. This material will strengthen the knowledge and competence of specialists and leaders in the creative, cultural and artistic sectors and sensitize them to forms of communication and development of various social groups.

Training EDUNGO_2 for the staff of cultural institutions and artists using various forms of artistic expression, in preparing for active presence in the art market, through selected sales channels and social media.
Preparation and organization of "mobile" collective exhibitions of Polish art, providing expert support to institutions and private collectors in selecting works to promote Polish art, both pre-war and contemporary. The mobile exhibition became an experimental venture examining the capacity of formats such as exhibitions, salons, art fairs - it became a meeting place for professionals and a wide audience of fans of Polish art. The first edition of the exhibition was dedicated to collecting young, ambitious contemporary Polish art, both by artists working in the country and abroad. It included works by around twenty artists borrowed from several institutions and private Polish collections scattered around the world. The exhibition became a wide review of private and international Polish collections, focusing on recognized Polish creators, including "museum-like" works - made in unconventional techniques, in formats exceeding two dimensions - such as sculptures, installations, objects, video, documentation of performance. This presentation showed the cultural-creating potential inherent in the living ecosystem of culture and art.

The implementation of NFT (non-fungible token) technology in the artistic activities of visual and conceptual art creators. This allows artists to sell their works as unique, digital tokens on the blockchain, increasing their value and enabling easier distribution and management of copyright. Our project consisted of several stages. The first was training the artists in blockchain and NFT. Then, we helped them convert their works into digital form and publish them on various NFT platforms. The next step was to create a marketplace where artists could sell their NFTs and buyers could purchase them. Our project contributed to increasing interest in conceptual art and increasing the number of sales of the artist's works. The introduction of NFTs allowed for better protection of copyright and enabled artists to earn money on their works in a way that was difficult or impossible before.

Realization of a project for archiving the creative activities of representatives of the Young Art generation. The initiative is aimed at artists specializing in visual and performative arts. Its goal is to gather and archive the works of 50 talented and developing artists from Poland. Archiving their creations will be the first stage of promotion on the global art market and will enable them to establish contact with international art galleries. The project focuses on young, talented artists and is an opportunity for them to start their career in the international environment. Archiving creative activities is an essential part of promotion and establishing partnership relationships. Cooperation with galleries worldwide is an important element of this initiative and provides benefits not only for project participants but also for the entire artistic community in Poland and abroad.
Gathering and organizing selected works of artists is not only a presentation of the results of their activity, but also an opportunity to sell works at international exhibitions, fairs and festivals. The project is an opportunity to create conditions for artists to "break out" of the hermetic environment of the country and present their creations to the world. Archiving activities is necessary to present the diverse forms of artistic activity in the best possible light. Cooperation with galleries worldwide is key to the success of this project and the development of the careers of participants. The project is an initiative that gives young artists the opportunity to make their international presence and recognition.

June-July
Execution of the task "Rajmund Ziemski - Structure of Space" within the period of April 1, 2023 - July 31, 2023, aims to re-"discover" and reintroduce the artwork of Rajmund Ziemski into the art market, within the context of a dialogue with artists from the new generation.
The confrontation of stylistic forms selected from the classical works of Rajmund Ziemski and the works of Pola Dwurnik, Jakub GliÅ„ski, Diana Lelonek, Angelika Markul, and Karol Palczak forms the foundation of the exhibition "Raj ziemski" – one of the events as part of the task, with its opening planned for June 21, 2023, at the PrzeÅ›wit Gallery in Warsaw. The exhibition will run until July 23, 2023, and will present a visual narrative beyond strict themes and specific interpretations. This carefully crafted confrontation of Rajmund Ziemski's creations with those of contemporary artists will transcend the typical categorizations of time and generations. Youth, maturity, nonchalance, seriousness, experience, impulse, legacy, departure from generational heritage, significance, and lightness – these individual attributes will be highlighted as equivalent values. Five intimately arranged relationships will come together to form an architectural whole, a symbol. The works will be treated as objects, placed within space, creating a cathedral-like unity – forming a secular sanctum.
For the first time through this project, artists will come together whose distinctive voices in current issues will merge with seemingly enclosed and accomplished creative works. Rajmund Ziemski, active throughout the second half of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, was ahead of his time. In a way, he was a visionary and a precursor to today's ecological and civilization-threatening topics, as well as the world of human and non-human emotions. The awareness of these motifs in Ziemski's works was coincidentally noticed, naturally arousing surprise among the exhibition's creators. When selecting the participating artists, the exhibition's organizers did not have complete certainty about how aptly the chosen artists align with Ziemski's dialogue and continue his themes in their creative pursuits. Intuition and almost metaphysical premonition were developed into a fitting curatorial concept.
The exhibition curator was interested in enhancing associations of formal relationships between works, referring to their materials, structures, compositions, colors, and their entirety as a sign. A cultural myth that would impose specific interpretative boundaries might offend with its literalness. This assumption was adopted during the exhibition's development, especially during the selection of specific works. Meanwhile, "Raj ziemski" becomes a "de-" and "re-" construction of the myth of an ideal world, now manifested only through creative exploration of shapes, colors, and forms, reflecting individual experiences, emotions, and states of mind present in the works of the artists. Their desire for transcendence can be fulfilled at the level of connection not only through formal closeness but also through an attempt to surpass the limits of the material world, reaching a higher level of harmony and balance in art. In this sense, all the activities within the "Rajmund Ziemski - Structure of Space" task become an open perspective – both for the involved artists, their works, and the viewers of the exhibition "Raj ziemski."
Interestingly, as part of the "Rajmund Ziemski - Structure of Space" task, an inter-institutional dialogue space has also been created, where galleries representing the five artists will converge: Foksal Gallery Foundation - Karol Palczak, Gunia Nowik Gallery - Jakub Gliński, Krupa Gallery - Pola Dwurnik, Leto - Angelika Markul, Lokal_30 Gallery - Diana Lelonek. Thanks to their cooperation and goodwill, the foundation for this unique dialogue among selected artworks by artists was established.

As part of the program Culture Moves Europe we are implementing a residency project for translators of contemporary Polish prose, poetry and drama into European languages, focusing on marginalized social problems faced by young authors from various backgrounds, including ethnic, sexual and socially excluded minorities. The residency will support translators who want to delve deeper into the topic and overcome cultural and linguistic barriers to make this literature available to a wider international audience. The aim of the residency is also to promote diversity, support the professional development of marginalized people and promote values such as human rights, democracy and intercultural dialogue. The residence will also support the development of modern technologies in culture and art, facilitating the distribution of literature internationally. As part of the project, we want to focus on translating and promoting selected examples of literature that are often inaccessible to foreign readers but are worth knowing.

For the first time in many years, an exhibition that is a strong voice of the younger generations of artists appears in institutional and gallery spaces. It can be described as a polyphony of distinct individualities. According to the curators, Artur Kos and Sebastian Kustra, the MNFST exhibition reflects the contemporary need to artistically respond to the pressing issues of our times. The name of the exhibition refers to the tradition of manifestos as a form of articulating social and cultural beliefs, but it does so in the context of new challenges and contemporary problems. The removal of vowels from the word "manifest" suggests a shift from clearly defined forms to something more open, fluid, and adaptive to the changing world of art and culture. This can also be seen as an attempt to relieve the manifesto of its historical baggage, while still preserving its fundamental function of declaring artistic principles and objectives. In a broader sense, this approach becomes a commentary on contemporary digital culture, where traditional forms of communication are simplified or transformed for faster dissemination and greater accessibility. Interestingly, the selection of artists and works for the exhibition was made by the artists themselves, with curatorial support. As a result, we have gained a real insight into what is currently relevant in the newest Polish art. Importantly, the artists whose works were shown come from many cities in Poland, including small centers. We received a diverse yet coherent polyphony of various perspectives, showcasing art as a field where diverse ideas and emotions struggle and coexist. There are no arbitrary concepts, tastes, or preferences of individual curators, which usually flatten and severely limit the perspective on what is truly valuable. In MNFST, individual narratives come together to create a common story about the complexity and contrasts of the contemporary world. The artists finally speak out loudly. They speak with their own undisturbed voice. The exhibition was realized in partnership with ART MONITOR.

Green Digital Art
The project "Green Digital Art" aims to increase the digital and ecological competences of 50 Polish visual artists. Through a series of online trainings, participants will learn about modern technologies such as digital image processing, creating online exhibitions and using tools such as NFT and blockchain. Additionally, the project promotes an ecological approach to artistic creation, including the use of recycled materials and sustainable work methods. As a result, the accessibility of art will increase, as well as the visibility of artists in the digital space.
Hidden and dream workshops: Janin, Bownik, Libera, Zaradny
The aim of the project "Secret and Dream Studios" is to present the unique creative spaces of four Polish artists: Zuzanna Janin, Bownik, Zbigniew Libera and Anna Zaradny. The audience will have the opportunity to visit both the real and dream, digitally generated studios of these artists. Thanks to cooperation with experts in the field of artificial intelligence, the artists participate in the process of animating their studios, which develops their digital competences. The project combines technology, art and education, increasing the accessibility of art to a wide audience thanks to virtual presentations.
Interactive Local Art Mapping
The project "Interactive Mapping of Local Art" focuses on creating a digital map that will connect artists with art recipients, curators and collectors. The map will enable locating the places of work of artists from all over Poland, including smaller cities and provinces. The project promotes local art, and also raises the digital and ecological competences of artists by implementing digital tools and ecological methods of work. The digital map, which will be made available online, will facilitate contact with artists and promotion of their work.
